Fantastic Central Location
What’s not to love about being central to it all? East Evergreen is near the I-10 on the south. 7th Street is to the east with a commercial strip on McDowell Road to the north. This wonderful central Phoenix neighborhood is close to restaurants, the arts, boutique shops, the Burton Barr Library and more. And, from the library, it’s a very short jaunt to the Light Rail which can escort you to the booming downtown Phoenix.

Homes don’t come up for sale very often due to the small size of this historic district, but if you like the appeal of what East Evergreen has to offer, it’s definitely worth checking out the nearby, Del Norte, Roosevelt and Willo historic districts.
