The Lofts at Fillmore is a quaint 18-unit condo community within the Roosevelt Historic District of Downtown Phoenix.

A Historic Building Renovated

This historic building was originally built in 1916 as an apartment community, but was later beautifully converted and renovated into condos in early 2000 by Lowrey and Mahoney, the same team who renovated Fontenelle Lofts a few blocks north. It was one of the first urban condo projects in downtown Phoenix.
