Los Olivos Historic District is located along Monte Vista Road between Third and Seventh Streets, Phoenix, Arizona.
Los Olivos historic district homes are notorious for their deep landscaped lawns and are the norm in this very charming neighborhood. The beautiful palm-lined streetscape, which is uncommon in downtown Phoenix, adds to the eye candy not to mention the historic value and integrity of this district.
A Very Tiny District
Los Olivos is the smallest historic district in Phoenix. This was a prestigious out-of-town set of addresses when these homes were custom built in the 1920’s. Although the city has grown around Los Olivos over the decades and it is now Central Phoenix, it hasn’t lost any of that original prestige. Homes rarely come on the market and, when they do, they are some of the priciest historic real estate in Phoenix.
Neighboring Historic Districts
The Alvarado historic district, Country Club Manor, Country Club Park, Encanto-Palmcroft and La Hacienda historic districts are others that would likely be highly appealing to you if you like Los Olivos Historic District homes. Again, being that they don;t come up for sale very often, you may have to look at surrounding historic districts. But, you will not be disappointed with any of them.
