This district contains mostly English Tudors, Cottage Style, Spanish Colonial Revivals, Pueblos and Bungalow homes from the 1920’s and 30’s.

His advertising strategy promoted the charming cottage exteriors, custom wood interior detailing and included modern conveniences such as electric switches and kitchen appliance. E. A. Earll offered bare lots for sale and also built several houses on speculation. The first house offered for sale was an English Tudor-style residence Earll built at 1626 E. Pinchot.
